Understanding facial anatomy is different when you can see it unfold in real time.
On Day One, Professor Cotofana guides attendees through an intimate, auditorium-style anatomy and injection masterclass where cadaver dissection, live patient injections, ultrasound, and clinical discussion come together in one educational experience.
On Day Two, the experience becomes hands-on.
In an intimate cadaver lab with a 4:1 participant-to-specimen ratio, attendees work directly with human body donors to inject, dissect, identify, and explore the anatomical structures and tissue planes discussed throughout the program.
Together, the two days create a progressive learning experience designed to connect what you see, what you inject, and what actually exists beneath the skin.

Day One is an immersive, observation-based experience designed to bridge advanced facial anatomy with everyday aesthetic practice.
Led by Professor Sebastian Cotofana, with master injectors Lori Robertson and Julie Bass Kaplan, this intimate auditorium-style masterclass combines live cadaver dissection with live patient injections, facial ultrasound, and real-time clinical correlation.
As anatomical structures are revealed layer by layer, faculty connect what you are seeing directly to injection technique, treatment planning, facial aging, product placement, vascular anatomy, and complication avoidance.
This isn't anatomy presented in isolation.
It's anatomy connected directly to the face you assess, treat, and inject.

Day Two transforms anatomical understanding into a hands-on experience.
Working in intimate groups with a 4:1 participant-to-specimen ratio, attendees perform targeted injections and cadaver dissections under direct faculty guidance.
Inject. Dissect. Identify. Validate.
Explore tissue planes, muscle targeting, vascular structures, product placement, and anatomical relationships firsthand—then see exactly where an injection traveled and how it relates to the surrounding anatomy.
This immediate anatomical feedback creates a learning experience that simply cannot be replicated through a textbook, lecture, or traditional injection course.
